is finding the right financial partner.
Unfortunately,
many people who start dreaming of a log home get a rude
awakening when they start looking for financing. You'll

· Low
downpayment options-as low as 5%.
· Use
your land as the downpayment if you already own the
lot.
· Builder
financing isn't required - the lender can finance BOTH
the construction loan and the end loan.
· No
need to own your land first. A log-friendly lender will
finance your land and the home in one loan.
