should have a customized Construction Disbursement Schedule
that fits your project.
Periodic
requests are made for disbursements by you or Builder/Contractor
upon completion of each phase of the work listed on
the Construction Disbursement Schedule.
An
inspection by a professional Inspector is completed
prior to all disbursements being released.
You
make monthly payments only on the actual funds that
have been disbursed to the Builder/Contractor.
